Our Home
We have a warm home with lots of space to play, and a guest room ready to become a nursery!
Our neighborhood is very walkable, and in warm weather someone is always outside enjoying the day and ready to chat. Every summer we have a block party with food, entertainment, and rides for the kids. We have the best of both worlds, close to the city but in a friendly neighborhood where people know your name and there are favorite local spots.
There is a school close to our home, and lots of parks and NYC's oldest working farm close by. Our area is filled with kids and activities. We can't wait to share our love for our little hometown near the city.

In the summer we love to visit Coney Island. Henry's Dad grew up there, and there's so much fun stuff to do on the Boardwalk. We usually catch a few minor league baseball games every year. After the game, there's nothing like going up on the ferris wheel to watch fireworks while the breeze comes in off the ocean!
It's always a good time to head into the big city! So much to see and do, even for young ones - museums, parks, shows, and lots of great places to eat. Fun events too, like the Halloween Parade that we've marched in a few times!
We could also head out to Long Island for beaches, great pizza and lots of history. We're so lucky to be right in the middle of it all and can't wait to share it with a little one!
